Even with all the ups and downs in the market this month (given the rising interest rate environment and the mini-banking crisis), there are still 38 companies that declared dividends with upcoming last trading dates including 23 American, 11 Australian, and 4 from the United Kingdom.
First up, we have AGNC Investment Corp, one of the American companies on the list. This company has been known for paying dividends per month. A total of $1.44 per share was paid out last year with a 14% dividend yield; followed by Centuria Office REIT with a 10% annual yield (listed in Australia).
Furthermore, one of Seeking Alpha’s ‘discounted’ stocks, Innovation Industrial Properties, an American listed company, has a dividend yield of around 8%.
According to the research firm: “This dividend yield gives investors something while they wait for the business to continue to grow and (hopefully) become more attractive in the eyes of the market.”
